@Kuntzy21 thats because SAO gives a perfect setting for NTR. Rather cliched and actually pretty dull roamnce, heroines real body in the hands of another lusty guy... Its an NTR setting. Hell in anime they had plenty of pseudo-NTR moments too.

SAO anime realy looked like an NTR anime in some of the cases. Its no wonder there are so many NTR doijins or rape doujins. The main vanilla romance was rather linear and dull and the whole NTR setting was built by the novels/anime even. All that doujins need to do is push on without heroine being saved in time or things like that and you get the NTR.
