Generally, tag cleaners and moderators will be more lenient on tags if the tags are present in a sequence (meaning a lot of images one after another in proper order, at least 20 images). The presence rule is not absolute but that doesn't mean other people who disagree can't come in and downvote the tags anyway. Remember, anyone can upvote or downvote tags on this site for any reason.
