If I recall correctly this is a character proposal that was eventually rejected: apparently the Taimanin folks weren’t a fan of the ryona aspects of her character. It’s a shame: she’s very cute and has a great aesthetic in clothing, physique and general design, and a painslut isn’t typical in the setting. Plus a bartender serving cum drinks is peak.
