I had this one for quite some time on my HD, and these days I decided to do the finishing touches and upload the first half.
With this first half finally released, I can force myself to do the other half (lol).
As usual from me, no redrawing, I don't have time for this. I'm sorry.
Chuuka Naruto is a true master of this art, it's kind of sad that this tank was left untranslated. Anyway, I promise to do the other half.

If someone wants to help with some proofreading, just send a PM on the forums. (I don't have much proficiency with english)
And if there are any big mistakes in this first half, let me know in the comments. I'll do a v2 when I release the other half.
