From experience of doing it with actual living beings. CPR is overall disgusting, it's painful, uncomfortable, if the victim drowned, it's cold and wet in an unpleasant way, it's exhausting for you, you feel the ribs, and if you don't do it correctly, you can crack them, and the "kiss" part is little more than blowing air.

Also, you have your own heart in your throat, because the victim is clinically dead when you do this, and you have a couple of minutes to change that (unless help is on the way, of course, BECAUSE you called for help before starting CPR), before the damage is permanent, or there is no recovery at all.

Also, if possible, you should use a bag valve mask for the breathing part, since you will actually pump a lot of O2, instead of a heavily reduced amount.
