I don't see the point in making multiple versions of the same picture like this. Just have the one picture and the one picture alone. What do you get out of making a million pictures and they're all the same but with slight differences. It all seems like a waste of time to me.

For an artist it probably makes for good practice, and in the case of CGs ripped from eroge it's usually because each one is advancing the scene or an alternate version of the scene playing out with different costumes or the like.
