I don't think it should be classified as western. Western is defined in e-hentai's terms of service as something drawn in a western style, or the subject matter is that of a western cartoon. Just because it's in English shouldn't mean it is a Western piece of work. People searching for Western works will be troubled if they come accross something that is read in manga format. I would like to reject such a classification if I can. Nowhere in the definitions I can find for Doujinshi does it specifiy that the creator has to be Japanese, only that it's fan works of anime media that are not necessarily created by a professional. I would like it to remain in this category, if possible. If they want me to translate it into Japanese and post it to make it count as doujinshi, that would be stupid, but I can try and do so.

The wiki also says that Doujin works are "Any self-published or self-distributed (e.g. via Pixiv) H-manga or pornographic comic utilizing panels and text. Often involves parodies of existing anime, manga, video games, and other recognizable characters or mascots." Which is also all true of this comic. That's all.
