I dont think that these normal goblins belong to the alfie universe.
In the Alfie universe the goblins looks really different, if you'd be up to date.

I'm no expert, but I've noticed that in many of the 3D interpretations of Incase's "Halflings", they don't seem to get the height right.

They look right in the face, but often seem as tall as a human, if they were standing on their feet instead of lying down ^_^

Maybe some day I'll try my own take on his brand of 'Halflings" (I think I have the proper ear morphs, every thing else, including the height, is easy. I may even try one of his 'goat girls' ^_^)
