Not a bad start.
The action is a bit hard to follow on page 5. Like, I'm assuming she pulls down the guy's pants and then the hand is supposed to be reaching for his junk, but then he runs away before she can? It's not readily apparent through the visuals and text.
Personally, not a fan of incest myself, so I could do without interactions between her and the uncle, but if that's what you like, more power to you.

That's even more confusing, as the text box is within the left panel, it makes it seem as if she is commenting before the viewer is even aware of what has happened.
Panel layout and text placement needs work, I'm sure it's something you'll get better at with practice.

I treat textboxes as free flowing entities :D read them from top to bottom, left to right. Regardless of what panel they are inside of.
