Alright, let's dispel some misconceptions that you STILL have. All machine translators are EQUALLY shit. DeepL is usually seen as "better" because it mostly makes coherent English sentences. Grammatically correct =/= accurate translation. How would you even know which one is good? You can't compare to the Japanese text, because you don't understand it.

You want real advice? Instead of wasting your time doing "4 machine translations", just go learn Japanese.

Regardless of what the others are saying, you're not making a good case for yourself:
The lack of punctuations and capitalization in your comments are a bit iffy.
You insulting others don't help your case in any way, even if they they themselves were bad actors in this case.
Your galley is missing the original cover art page and is 200 MB larger than the RAW.

What they really care about is whether it is well translated or not.
That's the reason why they point out your own failings and gave you tips (on top of them egging you on).
No one cares if you apologize or not. It's the internet.
If what they say really bothers you then don't read the comments anymore. Go outside and "touch grass".

If you want to continue translating and not get dumped on, then put more effort and time into learning Japanese. Doesn't have to be tomorrow, a month, or even a year.
If you've got the passion, do it. If not, then stop.

Cutegyaru has already made the point that no matter what or how many MTLs you use, in the end, you don't have the context to translate it.
You can exactly see this in my example above: 魔術礼装 = Mystic Codes. You have limited knowledge of Fate so you failed to pick this up on the very first textbox of the very first page.
This alone shows you no matter how many MTLs you use, you can/will get a wrong translation. And a translation is more than just input to output.
It just so happens in this case it's more reliant on how well you know Fate.

MTLs have had a recent boom in this age - most likely due to the rise of popularity in anime in mainstream audiences.
If you look back on the uploads with the "rough grammar" tag you'll notice that there has been a rapid increase since 2019.
You'll find that for 2020-2022 this clocks in at 382 results of the 501 non-expunged galleries.
So, in roughly 2 years there has been a flood of "rough grammar" tagged galleries that make up 76% of the total "rough grammar" tagged galleries.
Some of these are just rough grammar, but before the introduction of the "rough translation" tag, it and the "rewrite" tag were a catch-all for poor translations. (They still kind of are even now.)

With this in mind you can see how some of the fluent English speaking community is fed up with the state of uploads.
There's the constant surprise of finding a doujin/manga you like being translated... only for it to be a MTL or poorly mishandled.
Now imagine having that done several times a month over a timespan of a few years and you have these comment sections.

Your work isnt hard work. My phone can do what you did for free in seconds. My phone camera can get a translation on par with this. Literally the only thing of value here would be actually getting the translation onto the pages and even that is done subpar.

MTL can be okay, if the person doing it has a grasp on the source material, the language they're translating to and the kinks of MTL. I'll take a well-edited MTL for fap material, let's not pretend h-doujins are holy texts or literary masterpieces that require a degree in Japanese, most of the time. Sure, proper translations are better and some will lament it being MTL because it totally won't ever get a proper translation after that, but most people won't really care, if it's good enough. This, however, is not. Lack of punctuation, spelling errors (to close, rather than too close etc.), very poorly constructed English sentences, words getting cut off without - to show it's one word in speech bubbles and completely random exclamations ("Yes don't stretch your shoulders good for-nothing") make this far from good enough. At least make it good enough outside of the translation itself and you'll get a lot less shit for it.
