And this is just the most nitpickiest thing ever, but since it is such a common part of the humor for this circle. On page 6 where "Negotiation Blade" is, that is an activation of Seifer's limit break ability: Fire Cross in english, and "Settlement Sword/Blade" in japanese - the first part of the meaning is meant to have a "finisher" kind of meaning, as in "this will settle it!", not a "let us come to a settlement." one.
