So dramus is a more twisted version of itou eight story but, it seems like the sister has a problem with the fmc getting into loving relationships. She a Says something along the lines of now you can have sex with this boy who the sister confessed to as the fmc in the flashback so I imagine itll be a ntr but, at least we're both together now as sisters so it's ok kinda thing.
