I'm not sure if this should be uploaded but, since the English scanlation version of this book and the Japanese raw are both incomplete and since each one has pages that the other one lacks, I've combined them together in what seems like the best order.

I'm not confident that the page number on the raw version is seems accurate but it seems fairly accurate as it follows the order of authors as specified by the table of contents. The main problem that I notice is that the table of pages contents seem to be out of order and so I changed their order.

On the raw version, the single unnumbered page, escaanth_pagexxx.jpg, is same file, even the file size matches, as escaanth_page018.jpg, and so I've deleted it.

If I should not have uploaded this gallery, please expunge it and rename the other two galleries containing this book, the English scanlation version and the raw version, according to the rename partition that I've submitted on those galleries.
