@mintdang5566; Actually it can still count as netorare even if the woman is going after another guy herself, she still counts as being taken even if she's giving herself away, What matters is if the guy actually appears or not. In this case the husband has no presence whatsoever. We never see his face or hear his name, not so much as a photo. All we know is that she has a husband and that he's currently elsewhere, nothing else.
For netorare you need a guy there to sympathise with and feel jealous for. Even netori revolves around the sense of superiority over another man, which is hard when he barely even exists. In this case it just feels like the kid is doing it with a woman who just happens to be married, not stealing her from her husband.
