@livevision5 , Terasu really isn't mixing things up, the whole going to a far university and leaving behind a childhood friend thing is old hat. Only thing it needs is a page where the guy moves on and gets a better life or has his life ruined by the NTR to be any more by the numbers. The height element isn't particularly unique either.
