You got it all wrong. The problem is not the mc being hated but how he was tricked. Here is what happened in a nutshell:

The mc and the childhood friend secretly like each other but since they are both shy they don't confess their feelings, they are both members of a club including the sister of the mc, the glasses chairman and the yandere girl. Yandere girl has a huge crush on the mc and knows that he has feelings for the childhood friend, so in order to get the mc for herself she makes a deal with the chairman in which she arranges the childhood friend getting raped by the chairman in return for giving her anal virginity to the chairman.

As a result, the childhood friend becomes a slut for the club members and even gets pregnant , the mc's sister also turns into a slut and gets pregnant, and then has sex with the mc, showing how broken she became, and the yandere girl gets the mc for herself and gets herself pregnant with his baby. At the end the mc punches the chairman, though we don't see it, and joins the orgy and fucks the childhood friend who has turned into a slut for the whole club now. The important thing is the mc is broken like the others now and lost all the love he felt for the childhood friend, and now she is just another hole for him to fuck.

Another point of interest is that while the mc's sister and the childhood friend don't know for sure who got them pregnant , it's certain that it was the mc who got the yandere girl pregnant, so he can't easily break things up with her, even though it was her who fucked up his life in the first place. It's pretty much certain that the other club members won't take responsibility for the babies, so it's possible at the previously mentioned epilogue, that is supposed to come with the tank, we will see the mc getting stuck with taking care of three babies while the others keep having orgies and having fun.

Does this still feel like a good ending to you?

PS. I am not sure about the part the childhood friend getting pregnant but I would be surprised if she doesn't.

There are three parts in particular that bug me.
1) The MC complains that they left him out, but when the cute girl approaches him, he resists! Which suggests even if they had invited him, he would have refused. He doesn't seem open to new things. And being his family and closest friends, they probably already know that about him. So why would they invite him?
2) What is the MC supposed to think, if he sees several guys banging his crush, but she won't let him touch her? Especially when every other girl either jumps him or doesn't refuse him? Sure, misunderstandings can happen, but if she'd just thrown herself at him on the beach they might have been able to skip all this.
3) Okay, the last chapter is the worst. Nobody gets who they want, one girl is drinking beer while pregnant, that douchebag guy is smoking right in front of what I assume is his baby. So you know those kids are already doomed.

Personally, it feels like Yoshino is the biggest loser in all of this.
