The translation quality isn't perfect, but it's neither awful nor unreadable, and while the story kind of feels like I'm reading the last volume without the first one, I still had fun and recommend it.

I...don't know how you're supposed to read and understand this. It dumps an entire plotline on you immediately and then introduces like ten different characters with just little blurbs of their personality whipping around crazily and then it just kind of jumps into a sex scene. By the blurbs it says he's in love with one of the other girls, she's in an lesbian relationship, it's more of a diplomatic relationship but then they confess their love to each other just a page or two later. Or was that one of the other girls? They're not very distinctly designed aside from one of them (cause of skin color) so I assume it's the lead but I have no real way of knowing that. Even her braids are inconsistent in her hair page by page. It even just glosses over the fact that he also married her friggin mom. Was there a prequel for this? Is there a novel I missed?

I might just not be smart enough for this one.

For anyone confused about the plot: this is indeed a sequel/epilogue to a novel called "Harem wedding", part of the Harem series by Takeuti Ken with art by various ilustrators.
The novels in the series generally aren't related to eachother (with some exceptions), apart from taking place in the same world.
The series is being translated, however "Harem Wedding" is still a ways off.
