That is exactly the point of NTR. It's not the point that the "losers" get the girl and keep her or something, get a life at Chad's expense etc. It's not some GAMERS RISE UP narrative. It really depends on the narrative. Most of the time it's a predictable ending, sometimes it's a happy end (And even those endings are subjective, like this story. "Who actually gets the happy end?"), then there's the extremely rare surprise ending. One you never see coming.
