That being said, from what I understand, the whole point of NTR is to arouse anger, emotional turmoil and feelings of betrayal within it's readers. It's tagged as cuckoldry and cheating, but it's more of a genre. Sure, you can insert yourself into the shoes of the one doing the NTR, but people reacting so passionately about plot in a negative fashion is EXACTLY what the story is suppose to do anyway.

Father found out and they divorced and damage was done and more. His mother had to move back in with her parents as she had no skills and her name is in mud and the friend is hated for his actions, his father never acknowledged the younger kid and instead sent them to live with the mother.

NTR is about the lives destroyed by a momentary pleasure, in here the wife gets her sensei but at the cost of everything.

Itou did say this was not a happy story and he might do an epilogue but I just want him to know that he did a great NTR were I felt sorry for he MC and wanted to massacre the two assholes, probably because this hits close to home but at the same time you hate yourself for investing so much into a story that is a dime a dozen.

There was a lot of commenters on the jap version that wanted to have their own version of the epilogue and one that I really liked was because of the theme of regret.

She became pregnant but he teacher leaves her to fend for herself and she then sees her ex-husband, who sees her and just gives her the coldest look and he turns around to meet a woman and child, they are all happy. Then it hits her, that could have been her, she could have been happy with him but she instead went with her teacher and she now regrets that, she's a used woman who abandoned and was abandoned and now is alone. She breaks down and wishes to go back to before.

NTR is heartbreaking but so brief, the pain that lingers is the pain you let grow.
