Is English the creator's first language? Should say "my brother slipped inside me in the bathtub." Otherwise we are left wondering what belongs to a brother that could possibly slip inside of someone. It could be a shoe, a fidget spinner, or even a hamster. The possibilities are endless.

Nope, the English is absolutely correct. The "'s" can stand for "has", making the sentence "My brother has slipped inside me in the bathtub" which is correct English as far as I know.

The title is technically correct, but is grammatically ambiguous. “Brother’s” could either mean something that belongs to the brother or it could be a contraction of ‘brother has/is’. Indeed, ‘my brother has slipped inside of me’ is itself somewhat ambiguous because it relies on a specific form of syntax to understand the meaning. In which case, the possesive use of ‘s could infact be less ambiguous because in the context of it being hentai, it’s more immediately clear what it is that belongs to the brother that has “slipped inside”.

The bigger issue is the title is written as if the story is written from Kotone’s point of view, when in actuality it is from her brother’s.
