Since it's Sinner, who has never shied away from exploring the logistics of anal hygiene wrt rimming, fingering and fucking, my first thoughts were "at least one guy got Rapunzel's shit on his dick after anal".

On the other hand, given Page 4, Panel 1, it's also possible that Rapunzel may have puked during oral (or from over-exertion) in a previous encounter. Which would be new territory for Sinner, but not entirely unexpected.

We may never know.

(Side Note: Hope we get to see how Flynn's doing soon. Presumably he's not been totally exsanguinated by Elsa yet.)
