看你用哪個BT程式 裡面應該會有製作 Torrent 文件
那個就是做種子 裡面的tracker 用 Torrent Download 那邊下面的網址 (每個畫廊的都不一樣)
做好會有一個種子文件 把那文件上傳到 Torrent Download 這 (拉到最下面)
記得上傳全開 防火牆關掉 多等幾個人載完 網路上才會有種子
