Yes, it will remain listed in your favorites. Even if for some reason it gets removed or expunged (which would remove access to the preview and comments), the favorites list will still keep a record of the title and the thumbnail so that you at can least remember that you once favorited it.

I'm actually really surprised by the level of artwork on this comic. It looks exactly like the art style of the show and it has a nice developing plot for the vanilla sex that is no doubt coming up. Most hentai usually have something missing and I don't find good progression often in a comic, especially when most hentai stuff has things move really fast.
