The 2 stories actually have different girls the first is the same girl from the school festival Fujimaki. The second oneis the last of Kuroda 's summer vacation free challenge
Given the last pics in the school festival batch set in the same "world" were the girl who was cut in half of that being used as a Christmas decoration still dead and the admission that it was all a lie about there being tricks to many of the exacutions as well as one of the girls that survived was the subject of the vivisection. The revival tech likely doesn't exist .
