Interesting to note: According to the kanji, pages 51 and 52 are the official 'Adultery Chart' between the different games. Pages 48 and 49 are the official map of where everything from the various games are located - houses, stores, schools, restaurants, etc

Spoilers(?): If you load the Pleasure Box fandisc, one of the features is 'Quiz de Pon-pon' a quiz-based mini-game set shortly after the events of Large Pon Pon, when the MC Ayumu and main heroine Rurika revisit the hospital where Large Pon Pon took place. The spoiler is revealed when, not long into Rurika and Ayumu's opening narration, the other heroines interrupt their monologue and the player finds out that all the other heroines are pregnant, all thanks to Ayumu. The entire story is about Ayumu trying to convince each of them to not let Rurika know he's the father, via first a distracting quiz-game, then sex (if Ayumu won the quiz game). Whether this is a canon end or not (there is a harem end in LP) is yet to be determined.
