I hope this author does more of this and I can't want for the next chapter. I just hope that Kotori won't go full yandere and kill everyone. But I kinda imagine it would looking at what her current mental state right now.

@Centifolia: Umi and Honoka started dating. But, after they started dating Kotori stopped going home with them so Honoka tried to ask Kotori to go home with them just like they used to be. Kotori agreed but with an exchange to stop dating with Umi and date her instead. Honoka agreed to it, while Umi on the other hand, accidentally heard the conversation.

Umi then asked Honoka to a date and accepted it. After their date, Umi told Honoka that she heard the conversation and that she loves Honoka much more rather than staying like they used to. Honoka apologized to Umi and that it isn't good to have a non-committal love with Kotori for the sake of staying like they used to. So Honoka decided to go apologize to Kotori and tell her that she can't go out with her and she doesn't want to hurt Umi.

Then after Honoka apologized to Kotori, Kotori told Honoka that she already told everyone in Muse that she and Honoka started dating, stating that she can't get away from the current situation. If she does, not only it would cause everyone in Muse in a fuss but it would make Honoka's reputation go bad. But even that, Honoka can't hurt Umi any longer and she'll go apologize to everyone in Muse and tells them the truth.

Kotori goes yandere, texted Honoka that she still loves Honoka but she's disappointed that they can't to be together and said goodbye. After Honoka read that message, you got that ending where you, you know. Even so, Honoka kept apologizing to Kotori as she slowly dies which lead to Kotori crying. The end.
