@Rephikul: I haven't read the entire tankoubon yet, but the woman in the first chapter introduces herself as Cthulhu. The head courtesan of the brothel in the second chapter is Shub-Niggurath, the so-called "black goat with a thousand young," thus her entry is a pregnancy fetish thing.
