@Loki: In NTR, the woman (or man) 'stolen' from an MC doesn't necessarily have to be their lover. It just has to be someone the MC holds dear and trusts. There are a large number of NTR works where the person stolen from the MC is an unrequited love or a relative.

What's important is that the MC feels something was 'taken' from them, even if the person didn't actually belong to them.
