Not really my speciality as i do not do editing for years now, but handwritten fonts (like the one you use) look better in all caps. All uppercase can be read from a smaller zoom than normal upper-lower case text. Great upload btw

All uppercase is actually less legible than that mixed case. This is because the ascenders and descenders help your brain infer words just from the general shape of a word.

But in reality, this is a completely moot point because the goal of handwritten text is aestheticism, not legibility. After all, if moans were supposed to be legible, they're just be in Helvetica Roman. Handwritten text is appreciated in the same way that a good logo or type design is appreciated.

But yet again, that is ALSO a moot point because the goal of typesetting is to "translate" the artist's style, and that includes the style of the artist's handwriting. So it's not even up to the editor to choose which one looks more legible, the artist has already dictated how legible the handwritten text is (NB: different from handwritten font).
