Have you ever watched/read Nisekoi? If so, you would know exactly why they sound like that. It's cliche as fuck. And in comparison, this doujin has even made the characters more forward and honest with their feelings.

Okay, so, in short, Raku cheated on Chitoge with Kosaki, unknowingly NTR'ing Haru in the process, and then Haru proceeded to revenge NTR Kosaki, then felt guilty.

All wrapped up in all the cheery, cheesy dialogue that is pretty much mostly in character. Story summary that would normally be describing a super dark doujinshi suddenly doesn't feel so dark.
