First off, I have a thing against having pre-existing media converted to shoehorn in existing fandoms and their respective universes' assets. It's just the principle.
However, there are exceptions. I can tell this was well-done with the intention of paying tribute two great works, without trying to ruin the feel of either.
At the time of posting, this has two stars. I made mine a four. It's definitely deserving of that much.
