* the dialogue
* the vapid looks on their faces
* thought bubble that should be speech bubble
* Duck lips
* Grandpa looks like a rugrats character.
* I don't know much about sedatives, but aren't you supposed to be in deep sleep rather than having vivid dreams where you are able to talk in your sleep?

That's thirteen levels of wrong.
