@ Loki: Much of the controversy about the "20 week abortion bans" comes from the fact that the trisomy tests come in the late teens in terms of weeks, and then the mother is not left with a lot of time before deciding whether she/her family want to take on that burden or not (the same tests come up with fatal birth defects too, which sometimes make it less of a choice).
