Fantastic doujin. The monstergirl in this one is very similar in appearance to a "marilith", a six-armed lamia demon originally from D&D. However, The Japanese version, the Kankandara, only really shares a physical appearance with the marilith, as her origins are entirely unique to her.
I've yet to see an 'official' translation for the name Kankandara, but the kanji used mean can mean cunning, cruel, rape, snake, small, and spiral, among other things.

This is actually the fourth story in something of a series Jyoka's been running, Igyou Kaikitan, about a female driver and male hitchhiker telling each other scary stories, which so far seem to be all based on 2ch creepypasta. The first of the series is Hasshaku-sama from Monthly Qoopa 2014-12, the second is Yamanoke from Monthly Qoopa 2015-02, the third is Mannequin from Monthly Qoopa 2015-06, and the fourth is this one from Comic Saija 2015-07. It should be noted that according to Jyoka's pixiv account posting this series is being switched from Qoopa to Saija from this point on.

The third story has not yet been uploaded.

In fact, before I got to the end I fully thought she would have her way with the poor guy (who, if you look at his face, doesn't seem to be enjoying the experience), and then kill him in some terrible manner [it does have a 'guro' and 'vore' tag, although I see now those are for the female).

I play around with a program called Poser, I may see if I can make a sexy 'Marilith' demon (although making her 'fully functional' will be a challenge ^_^)
