Firstly, thanks to kagami7157 for sharing this 3D doujin.

Umemaro is always excellent in matters of quality, including doujins. It's sadly that this isn't a movie, because the story, the situation and the girl are awesome. In fact, I think that some elements (seen in his previous movies) are better designed in this doujin.

Interestingly enough, we learn in picture 42 (the last panel to the left) that the girl is Sugimoto Shouko, the ultra-hot dark skinned doctor that appears in Umemaro's other works.

I really thought Umemaro was going to make some kind of animated comic like gimmix or something. Didn't expect him to cut out animation completely. Still excellent work though. He could make 6 to 12 a year like this.
