很简单，当日本出来时候，日本方面扫者还没扫。这时候你认为日本没出来只是网上没有，实体本已经有了。台湾盗版商当然第一时间购买翻译销售了。然后大神买了扫了上传了。然后就先出了。所谓先出来只是网上是否有而已。
