Note for the tags: the guy calls her sister, but she's not. He explains on page 6 that she's the next-door neighbor who goes to the same university he aims to get into. They are as close as siblings since they've known each other since they were young.
Edit: I'm translating this work now. And now that I've translated all the text, it's insinuated that he's adopted... but it's never explicitly said.

I read sister & with that cover for a moment there I thought it was a doujin about Mikan from TLR all grown up, well anyway thanks a lot for one superb book more of Denkichi, personally I would have prefered one book more of Evangelion but this is not bad at all.
