Basically the premise is that the main character is married to a woman who has a twin sister; what he didn't know was that apparently in the past while he was dating his future wife, they would occasionally play around and swap out with sleeping with him. After marrying his wife, the sister grew jealous and staged a black-mail by acting out as her sister and taking pictures of her having sex with the punk-looking guy. Punk Looking guy then uses the pictures to blackmail his wife into having sex with him as a result, and the husband caught them during their "date". He goes home to find out that the woman making advances on him wasn't his wife, but his sister in law instead, and that's when he finds out about the whole ordeal.

In the end the sister-in-law gets pregnant with the main character's child, and his wife become's the punk's play-thing.
