Ah, classic Starfire. As she was ment to be- two parts Deja Thoris, one part entirely taken up by hair. Classic Starfire should never be out of style. It'd be a shame of big curly proportions. :)

I think I read that George Perez said that the initial concept for her was that she was kind of a Red Sonja in space, and that he kept being told to make her hair longer in every character sketch he turned in so he finally ended up making it look like when she was flying that her hair just went on forever.
