Is it just me, or are there more artists overseas that have only recently become inexplicably fascinated with Hooters?
And why Hooters?
Trust me, they're not that great; rarely will the waitresses surpass 7/10 on average, even going by bust alone, and the wings are nothing special.
Unless I missed something in the news, it's not like they're fronts for prostitution either.

@Ryoku_Matsu It's blood. She's an old 2chan creation, specifically she's part of the Nijiura Maids. Each of the Maids have names that describe them, in this case "Yabai" means "Dangerous". Yabai-san can kill with a look, so her name makes sense.

She's based off the Snowy Owl from the manga Jagan wa Gachirin ni Tobu.

The summary of the manga goes as follows:

The mountain gods have sent down a punishment to the people of Japan. An owl by the name of Minerva. All who fall under this owl's gaze die, their eyes spurting out blood. One man stood up to the owl, a famous hunter by the name of Uhei, however just as he was about to loose the finishing bullet, he was interrupted by the American army taking the owl into their care for study.

Thirteen years later, an American warship crashes into a Tokyo harbor, and all the men on board are dead, their eyes bleeding. The owl has been freed, and it now rampages throughout Tokyo, killing at random and in mass amounts. The American government has decided that only Uhei, the man who nearly killed the beast before, can help them. So they send the Delta Force and CIA out to see just how the bird can be brought down...

So sometime ago an anon posted some of the pages of this manga to the Guro board on 2chan and the guys there loved it so they created Yabai.
