Question: Shouldn't the tag be changed from Hella-Ys to Hera-Is? It seems to be the most common (and maybe official) English spelling. I am completely unfamiliar with this series/game, so maybe I'm wrong.

The game is available free-to-play on iOS and android devices. There are in-app purchases, but you can ignore it. They hand out stones fairly often during events. I'd recommend looking up a beginners guide to get a feel for things. Getting Hera-Is isn't the hardest challenge in the game, but it isn't exactly a cakewalk either (not until you get a better team set up).

There is also a version of the game on 3DS called "Puzzle and Dragons Z", but that is japan only at the moment.
