In the RAW, the fonts were different when the 'foreign' characters were speaking in their 'native language' versus Japanese (and of course, they were different again when actual English was being spoken). See here for an example: /g-hentai/?s=91332272db/695377-74 Doesn't seem like the same convention was adopted here by the translators. Why?

@ChansuLuck: I see it, but it was much clearer in the RAW (actual different fonts being used). Also, I think it'd have been hard to have noticed the lack of variation in the fonts if I WASN'T reading it in the dialogue :-)

Every instance of this is in a different font and italicized. I thought it was pretty easy to tell the difference apart if you read the dialogue.

Edit (addition): I think you're forgetting the fact it's not the different font that made it different, it's the fact the author wrote their lines horizontally. I can't do this in English. Just read the dialogue, it should be extremely obvious.
