No, The Lusty Lady Project isn't currently active as far as I know. This is something TLLP previously translated that I asked Super Shanko to re-edit using TLLP's translation. You can look at the differences between this version and TLLP's original release and decide for yourself which you prefer. A link to TLLP's original release is in my "Uploader Comment".

Typesetting is most definitely better than TLLP's work, their stuff is/was generally pretty mediocre. Unfortunate that the leveling isn't as good, like on pages 29-30, though.
