The youngest girl could easily have seen the oldest girl's vagina before. In the museum's changing room, for example, or when they're getting into the exhibit box. There's nothing strange about Akari looking in the direction of the oldest girl's vagina and making a comment about it based on her prior observation of it. Even taking into consideration Part 2, there are still plenty of possible explanations without having to consider X-ray vision.
