Just wanted to point a minor translation issue regarding the artist's comment.

"Summer means rape, while winter is for harder concepts, hence this book."

First you've got to look at the "だった" in "夏は和姦だったので”. "だった" is a past tense meaning that when combined with "夏"(as summer) and "和姦" (which its definition isn't 'rape'. It's straight up your average mutual sex, or 'vanilla' if I'm using the word properly) it should roughly translate to: "Summer was vanilla, so as a concept Winter became pretty hardcore." And when he's talking about "Summer was vanilla" he's pointing out to his previous doujin works.

Eh, I guess its due to the difference in langauge but I'm surprised something this misleading went through without any issues. Maybe I'll go check other translations
