Question: Was this reversed? It reads left panel to right panel like a non-Manga comic.
Also: Was this originally a Japanese or Korean doujin? The text is Japanese, but the sound effects are Korean.

It's Korean original doujin. Maybe 'taiko101' is artist. Maybe not. I don't think he is artist...
Anyway, you know, in Korea, make have and see adult level sexual content is illegal so we better not say about artist. I don't want sent good artist to jail.

This manga is translated on Danbooru (based on the japanese one).
(but I don't know if it's fully translated)
