i want to ask about that is it the 32page and 33 page orginal picture were like that?or is it scanning problem?just curious about the grey underline

It was a two page spread and the pages alone where pretty long so they barely fit on my scanner alone. I did my best but yes, the grey is a border on the page. They were horizontal so it didn't make sense to stitch the image, it would have been too long and looked weird.
