Michiking is NOT Hisasi. As much as the art resembles his, there are differences, which might be subtle to the untrained eye. Also, I don't think Hisasi would use another penname when he already drew the cover for vol. 1 of Comic Grape under his usual name.

Although, why someone whose art is such a blatent ripoff would be stupid enough to run a story in the same magazine that the person they're ripping off has is a mystery to me...not even Hiro Mashima is that stupid...

Date story now features and mind controlling boob massage? LMAO now I've seen it all.

Chain story is hilarious, the fat guy loses weigh by raping girls who passes by XD.

Only the last story can be called NTR on some way.

Chika's story has incest.

DATE's story's rather tame compared to his other works in Comic Unreal.
I have this feeling that he's totally holding back, though. Still, I miss his more vanilla works early in his career.

Some artists begin as assistants to other artists. That might be Michiking's case, which might be why they let the similarities slide. Like Miki-Hime and Tsuya Tsuya.
