Call me overoptimistic, but i can't help putting a "good" ending for this becuase of it's open endedness. She jumps but fails to die("only" a four storie building so not that unlikely), ends up in a coma, the obvious sexual abuse gets detected (really this would probably happen wether she lives or dies altough less likely if she's conscious).
Sometimes I wonder why I read depressing porn...
