its my hypothesis, but the guy liked or wanted to befriend the ponytail girl, but failed to do so. they got in high school and he became a loser while she was a very happy? the guy had this grudge against "humanity" and the girl, raped the glasses girl then set up the whole scheme to rape the ponytail just to hear it from her that in fact she(the ponytail) liked him/wanted to befriend him. he already went too far and raped her anyways, then committed suicide.
